2013 Summer CSA Share
Produce for 2 vegetable-loving adults or a small family. A $100 deposit, up to the full amount, is due at signup. The farm appreciates full payment as early as possible to help purchase seeds and supplies for the 2013 season. Please note, the balance is due by March 1, 2013.
We are offering two share sizes for 2013. A large share $40.00/week and small share for $25.00/week. The $40.00/week box would include a larger variety of products ie. fruit in high season and more dried fruit, jam, apple juice, and dried herbs in the beginning of the season.
We have had many requests for members to pick out their own items or miss a week and so forth so we have decided to create new shares for those individuals. They are gift certificate shares. When you sign up for those shares we give you the amount + 10% in gift certificates. So a $500.00 gift certificate share will give you $550.00 in gift certificates. You can then use these at the market any time you want- they do not expire and there is no limit on how much you use per day. If you want to get $200.00 worth of peaches one day- go for it. Or if you want to come pick up $25.00 worth of produce every week- great!
Some members split their share with others. Please note that the responsibility of managing the split share lies with the persons splitting, not the farm. We also appreciate a single person be the payer, to simplify our bookkeeping. The splitting member(s) are entered on the "Member Signup" page, which you get to by continuing this signup.
